POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream

Combine and spread over cooked rice in greased casserole dish.

TOPPING: Combine:

1 pkg. soda crackers, coarsely crushed
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. poppyseeds

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
