3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. grated Italian Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Cream shortening with cheese. Sift together flour, paprika and salt. Add to creamed mixture and stir well. Put the dough in a cookie press. Press out on cookie sheets in shapes to your fancy. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Like all such dainties, if you must keep them, store in a tin box with a tight lid.

If no cookie press - shape and roll.
