DOUBLE TOFFEE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. BLAIR cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. BLAIR vanilla pudding
1/2 c. BLAIR butterscotch pudding
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
4 eggs

Combine brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon; set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, puddings, water, oil, vanilla and eggs; beat 2 minutes at medium speed scraping bowl occasionally.

Grease and flour tube pan and pour 1/3 batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/3 brown sugar mixture on top. Pour remaining batter over brown sugar then sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
