DUTCH BABIES 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs

Put butter in pan and set in oven at 425 until butter melts. Put eggs in blender, whirl at high speed for 1 minute. With motor running add milk and beat 1 minute. Then add flour and beat another minute. Pour immediately into hot pan and put into oven. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Dust with nutmeg or serve with syrup.
