HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. onion flakes or dried onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

While hash browns are thawing, mix other ingredients. Separate potatoes and combine with mixture. Put in casserole or flat dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
