HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
3 (12 oz.) box hash browns
1 tsp. salt
Sprinkle dried onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
6 chicken breast or pork chops, browned
2 cans french green beans

Mix hash browns, salt, dried onions, mushroom, beans, soup, sour cream and cheese together. Spread evenly in 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted butter on top then place browned chicken or pork on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
