CRISPY CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. butter 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic, crushed 6 chicken thighs 2 c. chow mein noodles, crushed Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Stir in celery salt, salt, and garlic. Place chicken. Skin side down in butter mixture. Turn skin side up. Sprinkle chicken with noodles and press gently onto chicken. Bake uncovered until chicken is tender and golden, about 1 1/2 hours. |
