TEE'S SHRIMP DIJON 
1/2 cube butter
2 tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 lb. peeled med. shrimp

Melt butter and add all other ingredients, except shrimp. String shrimp on skewers. Brush shrimp with the marinade. Place on hot barbecue grill on high heat, a few minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. If preferred, can quickly saute shrimp in frying pan on high heat.
