SHRIMP AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 beaten eggs
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. milk
6 slices buttered bread
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
10 oz. canned medium shrimp

Mix together eggs, soup and milk. Place 2 slices of bread at bottom of greased 2-quart casserole dish. Lay slice of cheese on each bread slice; layer with half the shrimp. Add salt & pepper. Make another layer, ending with bread and cheese. Pour soup mixture over all.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes until brown and puffy. Can also be made with tuna or chicken.
