SAUSAGE AND KRAUT 
2 lbs. sauerkraut
2 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1-2 cans stewed tomatoes
Eckrich Polish sausage

Wash kraut, add some water, bring to a boil and strain. Mix all together and bake, covered at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
