LEMON JELLO CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. cold water 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon extract 4 whole eggs 1/2 c. Crisco oil GLAZE: 2 c. powdered sugar Juice of 2 lemons or 1/4 c. ReaLemon Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well 2 minutes on low speed and then 4 minutes on high speed. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Cake is done when is springs back when lightly pressed or toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. After cake comes out of oven, prick entire top of cake with fork and pour glaze evenly over the top. |
