MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. each ground pork & veal
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. milk or 3 med. slices bread, torn & 1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and place in an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
