CHEESY SPAGHETTI BAKE | |
Your own spaghetti sauce with meat 6 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked 3/4 c. evaporated milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. water 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded American cheese or Velveeta Mix sauce and spaghetti together. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Slowly add milk and water. Cook over medium heat. Stir until thickened. Add 1/2 cup cheese and Parmesan. Stir until melted. Spread 1/2 spaghetti mixture in bottom of glass baking dish. Spoon 1/2 cheese mixture over spaghetti, then the rest of spaghetti on that and then cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Note: Add more Velveeta or American cheese if you use more than 6 ounce spaghetti. |
