3 c. milk
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Mix milk, pudding, and vanilla; set aside. Mix cream cheese, butter, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Blend pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture. Place most of the cookies in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Cover with first mixture. Sprinkle rest of cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
