1 egg
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 level tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all together. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle each muffin with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and put a dot of butter on top of each. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins. Spray pan with Pam or Bakers Joy for easy removal of muffins.
