DILLY BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE | |
3 c. butter 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried 1/2 c. lemon juice In saucepan cook garlic in 1 tablespoon of the butter until golden. Add remaining butter and dill; heat until the butter is melted. Stir in lemon juice. Use to baste shrimp or meat. Makes 3 1/2 cups. |
