DUTCH BREAKFAST EGGS 
1/4 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour

Put butter in pan, place in preheated oven, 425 degrees. Mix eggs in blender at high speed 1 minute. With blender running slowly pour in milk, add flour. Blend for 30 seconds. Remove pan from oven, pour batter over melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately from pan with maple syrup. I use a heavy black skillet 4-4 1/2 quarts.
