DUTCH EGGS 
1/3 c. butter
5 lg. eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Powdered sugar, syrup, fresh fruit, apple sauce, cinnamon sugar or sour cream, etc.

Place butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Set it in a 425 degree oven to melt. Beat eggs in blender on high for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, then add flour very slowly. Blend 30 seconds. Remove baking dish from oven and pour batter into hot butter. Return to 425 degree oven. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until puffy and browned. Serve with your favorite topping!
