CHICKEN SALAD CALIFORNIA 
1 1/2 lb. stewing hen
6 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/2 bunch celery, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, sliced thinly
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles

Stew hen until done, cool and remove chicken from bones; cut into bite size pieces. Add all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Toss in chow mein noodles before serving.
