SALAD QUICHE 
3 eggs
1 c. half & half
1 c. chopped broccoli, cooked and cooled
1 c. Jarlsberg cheese, shredded (or a little more if you like)
1/2 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 refrigerated pre-made pie crust (Pillsbury all ready made pie crust)

Line a pie plate with the pre-made pie crust. In a bowl, mix together the eggs and half & half. Then add the broccoli, cheese, tomatoes and the salt and pepper, mix. Pour into the pie crust. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the middle of quiche comes out clean.
