CHICKEN WITH RICE 
1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
1 chicken, cut up in pieces
Oil
Cornflakes

Sprinkle onion soup mix and rice in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soup with water. Pour over mixture in pan. Dip chicken in oil, roll in crushed cornflakes. Place chicken on top of rice. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 1 hour longer.
