PHILADELPHIA COUNCILWOMAN JOAN'S
CORN PUDDING
 
2 (1 lb.) cans of yellow whole kernel corn (drained)
4 lg. eggs
1 pt. of cream, light or heavy
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs lightly. Add all of the other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 9 pan. Place 9 x 9 pan into a larger pan with water. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. That's it!!
