CORN PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1 c. light cream
4 eggs
1 tbsp. corn oil or melted butter

Grease 12x8x2 inch baking dish. In a large bowl, stir together cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk and cream until smooth. Beat in eggs until well blended. Stir in corn and butter until well mixed.

Pour into baking dish and place in a pan with enough hot water to come as high as the corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
