BEEF JERKY 
1 1/2 lb. meat, sliced
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. meat tenderizer powder
1 tsp. anything else - peppercorns, garlic salt, onion powder, Tabasco sauce, Heinz 57, hot mustard

Big Batch:
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. meat tenderizer powder
1 tbsp. anything else

Bake 4-6 hours and 135 degrees, then at 100 degrees until done in the dehydrator or oven with door open.
