MONKEY BREAD 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
3 1/2 c. flour

Heat until butter melts and cool to 105-115 degrees. Add yeast, stirring until dissolved. Place flour in bowl. Add milk mixture. Stir until well blended. Cover. Let rise about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Punch dough down. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip each ball in melted butter (about 1/4 cup).

Layer balls in 10 inch tube or Bundt pan. Cover and raise 45 minutes or doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert on plate.
