6 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. white corn syrup
9 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. chunk style peanut butter
Hershey bar or sweet chocolate

Mix first 5 ingredients. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet 11 x 17 inches. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees and cool. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in double boiler. Spread on cooled bars. Top with Hershey bar or sweet chocolate.
