WILD RICE AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, stewed and deboned
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1/2 c. broth
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can Carnation milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

Mix everything except butter. Pour into large deep pan. Pour butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
