NO CHOLESTEROL CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/8 to 1/4 c. milk (skim)

In a 9 inch glass pie plate, mix flour and salt; set aside. In glass measuring cup, beat with fork oil and milk. Pour this mixture all at once into pie plate and mix quickly until completely saturated.

Use fingers to flatten into circle at bottom of pie plate. Begin working from center and push up sides of pie plate. Crimp around top. Use as you would any pie crust.
