MUFFIN SAMPLER 
1 egg
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Add oil and milk one at a time to egg. In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees.
