CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/4 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
Pinch of salt

FILLING:

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
3/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. flour
1 c. raisins
3 tsp. flour
Nuts are optional

To make the crust, combine first four ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. To make filling, melt butter, add eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. CUT WHILE HOT!
