ALPINE APPETIZER | |
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 4 slices fried bacon, crumbled 1/4 c. green onion, sliced 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk Stone ground wheat crackers. Combine cheeses, bacon and onion. Add combined eggs and milk. Mix. Bake in 8 inch square pan at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes. Cut into cubes and serve on crackers. |
