WINE JELLY 
2 c. wine
3 c. (1 1/4 lbs.) sugar
1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin

Mix wine and sugar in top part of double boiler. Place over boiling water; stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; at once stir in Certo. Pour into glasses. Cover with 1/8 inch hot paraffin. Pink Catawba wine works very well. Yield about 5 medium glasses (2 1/2 pounds jelly)
