WINE JELLY 
3 c. sugar
2 c. any flavor wine
1 (3 oz.) foil pouch of fruit pectin

Measure sugar and wine into top of double boiler. Place over but do not touch boiling water. Stir 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. At once stir in fruit pectin and mix well. Skim off foam if necessary.

Place a metal spoon in a hot clean wine glass to prevent glass from breaking. Quickly pour in hot jelly. Remove spoon. Top with paraffin.
