CARAMEL SNAPPERS 
4 oz. pkg. pecan halves
Approximately 36 caramels
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, melted

Lightly butter a cookie sheet. Arrange 3 pecans with 1 caramel on each group. Melt at 325 degrees for 4 to 8 minutes. Flatten caramels with a buttered spatula. Swirl chocolate on top.
