APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix (Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar

Mix all ingredients. Beat well for 2 minutes. Pour in a greased 10 inch tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

GLAZE:

6 tbsp. apricot nectar
Juice from 1 lemon
1 c. confectioners sugar

As soon as cake is done, remove from pan. Slowly pour glaze over cake while it is hot.
