CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS 
1 box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

In 8x11 inch pan, layer the bottom with graham crackers. Mix together pudding according to box directions, then stir in Cool Whip. Pour this on top of crackers. Layer top completely with crackers.

On stove top, melt butter, milk, cocoa and sugar until it boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour warm over crackers and pudding. Cool and serve.
