CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
2 sm. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers

Layer of graham crackers in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 of pudding mix over graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Pour remaining pudding mix over graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Top with icing.

ICING FOR CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over graham crackers. Chill before serving.
