PLATTER SALAD 
Lettuce

Mixture of Romaine, red and green leaf or Boston (combine any of these). 1/2 - 1 thinly sliced red onion

SOUR CREAM DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar

MAYONNAISE DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar

Approx. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese (or however much you like)

Break lettuce in bite size pieces and spread over flat platter or round tray. Cover with celery, then onion. Drizzle sour cream dressing over, then mayonnaise dressing. Cover with bacon pieces, then the cheese. You can use more or less of vegetables, bacon and cheese depending on size salad you wish.
