CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 recipe of roll dough
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
Nuts (optional)

ICING:

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla or orange extract
Milk for consistency

Let roll dough rise first time as in making rolls. Punch down and roll into elongated rectangle. Combine sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Spread evenly over dough. Roll and seal edge. Cut with dental floss in 1 inch slices. Place in greased pan and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Ice warm.
