1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plain yogurt

350 degree oven. Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture into ungreased oblong pan, building up slight edges. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples. Blend yogurt and egg yolks. Drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. Do not overbake.
