MICROWAVE MORE - AND - MORES 
8 whole graham crackers
Creamy peanut butter
Marshmallow creme or grape jelly
12 oz. semi - sweet chocolate pieces
2 tbsp. shortening

Split each cracker crosswise in half to make 2 squares. Spread 1 square with 1 tsp. peanut butter and other square with 1 tsp. marshmallow creme. Press coated sides together. Repeat with remaining crackers.

In medium glass bowl, melt chocolate and shortening on medium 2 to 4 minutes stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding one corner, dip filled crackers, one at a time, into melted chocolate mixture, coating half completely. Remove cracker; gently top off excess. Place on waxed paper lined tray; refrigerate until chocolate coating is firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
