CHICKEN WITH LEMON AND GARLIC 
2 (2 1/2 lb.) fryers
Garlic salt
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons

Put salt, pepper and garlic salt on fryers. Melt butter; add lemon juice. Place fryers in a skillet with a lid. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake 50 minutes, turning several times. Remove lid. Increase heat to 450 to 500 degrees and brown.
