SPINACH SOUFFLE 
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3/4 lb. very fine noodles
1 pkg. Osem onion soup
1 pt. sour cream
Salt, pepper, garlic powder & nutmeg (optional)

Cook and drain spinach, cook and drain noodles. Into cooked noodles beat 3 eggs. Add onion soup. Add sour cream. Add spinach, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake in oblong pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
