COOKIES & CREAM ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 3/4 c. sugar
6 c. cream or half & half
3 tbsp. vanilla
3/8 tsp. salt
Milk
Oreo cookies

Beat eggs until foamy. Add cream cheese; mix well. Slowly add sugar. Beat until thickened. Add cream, vanilla and salt; mix well. Pour into freezer container. Add milk to full line. Freeze according to directions.

In the meantime break up cookies in small pieces. If too big, they'll get stuck in freezer blades and it will stop. About 3/4 of bag will be enough or as many as you desire.
