VELDA'S NO-CRUST COCONUT PIE | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 1 c. milk 1/4 c. self-rising flour 1 c. coconut Dash of salt Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs; beat well; add flour and beat well. Add milk and coconut. Pour in 2 (9-inch) pie pans or 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
