1 box Crispix cereal (12 oz.)
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave. Pour cereal into large container. Pour mixture over cereal and mix (if using container with a lid, shake mixture). Add powdered sugar and shake well to coat. Leave open to dry for at least 1 hour.
