ONE STEP COMPANY CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned, skin removed
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken in greased pan, place 1 slice cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Combine soup and wine and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

I have substituted sherry for white wine and cheddar cheese for Swiss cheese for a change.
