COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked & deboned
4 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
6 eggs, slightly beaten

Prepare stuffing (dry). Place in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer chicken, put aside. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth slowly and mix thoroughly. Stir until chicken broth mixture is thick. Pour a bit of hot mixture into the eggs, then add eggs to hot mixture, then pour that over chicken and stuffing in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 8.

SAUCE:

1 can condensed creamed mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped pimentos

Mix above ingredients together and heat. Cut casserole into serving size and pour sauce over it.
