CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
Split, skinned, boned chicken breasts
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
5 slices Mozzarella cheese from 8 oz. pkg.

Combine eggs and water. Put chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound with saucer edge until thin. Dip into egg mixture, then dip into bread crumbs. Let sit for 20 minutes to set coating. Heat oil in skillet and saute chicken until golden brown on both sides.

Pour 1/2 spaghetti sauce in shallow dish. Overlap chicken on top. Put in rest of sauce. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
