FRIED RICE 
2 c. uncooked rice
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. scallions
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/4 c. pork
1/4 c. shrimp

Prepare rice according to package directions (do not overcook). Heat oil in preheated wok (on high). Place rice in wok and stir until rice is coated. Push rice up to sides of wok to make a well in center. Add beaten eggs and scallions; cook until crumbly. Add pork and shrimp. Combine rice and eggs and add soy sauce. Cook until hot.
